Form Capture Error - Blocked by CORS Policy

Hi Everyone,
 
I'm creating a form in Customer Insight and use the form capture publish option and I've added the script to an existing form. However, when I submit the form its not captured in the submissions.
 
I checked the logs in the browser and it shows error related with CORS policy.
 
Please help me resolving this issue,

    Hi,
     
    I encountered the same problem as you in my testing.

    I applied the form capture to a custom form in PowerPage.

     
    According to the Microsoft document.

    Adding the PowerPage domain name solved the problem.
